ANSWER

In reading Umair Haque’s recent question, ‘What breaks your heart about the world?’ I most readily responded that pollution and climate change, the future stained with environmentally unfriendly factors, saddens me. The global environment is at great risk since deforestation, industrial pollution, and loss of biological diversity are putting the world into an unliveable state. My area of interest is protecting the environment, and I focus on new energy sources.

I want to change significantly by advocating and incorporating renewable energy sources. This is important to me because I value any opportunity to contribute towards preserving the environment where we live. Renewable energy transformation allows climate change to decrease and economic development and energy security to increase. I wish to work in this retailing industry to reduce the negative environmental impact and enable future generations to enjoy a clean environment.
