Answer
I had high expectations for a college education, but those expectations changed when I was admitted to university and found a different environment. The University of Westminster offers a modern teaching and research environment. The school is full of academic excellence, personal enrichment and cultural exchange. The university is located in West London and offers me a great learning experience. It offers different course modules that help students to work with different companies and change their lives. The University of Westminster regards students and staff as global citizens and believes this can shape the future of the world. I experienced the inspiring and practical travel opportunities offered by the university. The university provides me full of knowledge and learning experience.
I assume a number of skills necessary to be a successful student. The various skills required to be a successful student include community collaboration, imagination, critical thinking, communication, analysis, curiosity, adaptability, problem solving and agility. I have developed these skills through various courses and by doing real work. However, assumptions about some of these skills have been challenged by teachers at universities. Critical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills, are challenged by assigning a project assignment on a research topic. I need to think critically about the topic and come up with a solution to the problem related to the topic. I used my skills and conducted research to think critically and evaluate different problems and solutions to complete the task. In addition, oral communication skills are also put to the test when attending a cultural event. In this case, I had to use my effective oral communication skills to speak about different cultures and religions. I have effectively used communication skills and delivered speeches that allow the audience to understand cultural diversity.
In addition, students face many circumstances and difficulties while studying at the university. As a student, the hardest thing I had to do was focus on my academic background while also considering socializing and maintaining mental health. That is because I am in a new environment where I will learn my passions and cultivate new relationships with other students and teachers. In addition, I look at different activities from the environment and choose activities to spend my time gaining experience. By developing productive relationships with professors and other students, I develop new skills and learn different academic ideas. In addition, the most interesting thing is a convenient travel program to different parts of the world outside of London. During the travel program, I had the opportunity to learn many things, develop skills and gain practical experience related to my field of study. I gained a lot of knowledge throughout the program and semester.
In my opinion, teachers, parents and friends are important factors for having the best experience in school and at university. The first and foremost experience in my learning is a learning experience, which is a must for every student to succeed academically. Another thing is that oral and written presentation skills seem to be a must for law students because without effective presentation skills students cannot succeed in their work and cannot fulfill their duties. Also, last but not least is the social interaction experience as the university allows a number of students from different parts of the world with different cultural backgrounds to study there. It gives me the opportunity to interact with culturally diverse students and improve my interaction skills.
Some new ideas are formed as a result of first-trimester experiences. Based on my experiences as a student, I have conceived new ideas including learning behaviors, targeting skills, academic innovation and active interactions with other students to develop skills. social ability. With the help of new ideas formed in the first semester, I was able to perform all my tasks efficiently in the second semester and carry out real projects to learn. practice effectively in the dynamic environment of the University of Westminster.
