Question 1 – Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 

• Do you think organizations differ from each other when placing importance on areas of the SWOT analysis?
• Describe a real-world example of an organization that would place more importance on one area of the SWOT analysis compared to another area.

BEFORE you do though consider the background information about SWOT in our textbook in Section 4.6, especially the section, “Using SWOT analysis to generate insights from external  and internal analysis.” For an easy-to-follow and quick-to-read reference (that can be of particular use for the Week 2 assignment) check-out this reference on SWOT analysis: WHAT IS SWOT ANALYSIS. • Explain when a Balanced Scorecard would be most useful for a company and who would be in charge of creating one.
• Describe how different aspects of the scorecard can be more beneficial for some companies rather than others.
