Part II

Decide and solve the following problem.

1. What policy did Ken Miller violate as an unpaid agent, and if so which section?
2. What is the policy that empowers members to take action against Ken Miller regarding raising concerns of IRB members and, if applicable, which section applies?
3. It provides that no person, directly or indirectly, may knowingly represent, represent, represent, or advise anyone in connection with any proceeding or application (in immigration matters). What laws or policies apply?
   Four. In your own words (minimum 400, maximum 500), what did the court find in the Miller case? What part of the Code of Professional Ethics did he violate?

Using specific sections of the ICCRC’s Code of Professional Ethics and a sample of his IRB hearings (CanLii.ca), he creates potential immigration problems that another group can solve. Issues presented should be normative and exemplified by the IRB review case used.
