Needing help with phi201 writiing assignment | PHI 210 Critical Thinking | Strayer University

  THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY DETAILED!!

Needing help with writing assignment for PHI201 on Philosophy of Change. Instructions listed below.

Begin to understand how you manage change by thinking of a recent or past change and how you dealt with it. Complete the Chapter 7 Webtext Exercises [DOCX] before attempting the assignment.

Step 2:  write your ideal personal philosophy of change overview.

Include the following sections:

  • Reacting to Change.
  • Framing Change.
  • Managing Change.

Each section should be 1–2 paragraphs long and must be supported by at least one source of your choice, for a minimum of three sources total. You must also detail why you chose the source and its relevance to the information you have included in your overview.

Some examples of resources include a work of art, quotations, an online article or written work with an identifiable author, and the philosophy of another person, group, or organization.  Must include 4-6 images on a page by itself prior to the citation page.  Please site the images used.

Step 3: One way to keep your strategies for problem-solving on your mind is to keep reminders around you in daily life. For this step, use your philosophy of change overview to create a visual component you can refer to every day. The ideal format is a final version that could fit on a single framed piece of paper or picture that could be posted somewhere you will see it every day (think office wall, desk at work, the bathroom mirror, or the refrigerator). This component can include inspirational phrases, images, or whatever elements you choose to include to reinforce your philosophy of change.

What are examples of recent or past changes you have worked through? These might include change involving: please choose one of the following.

· Living arrangements, moving to a new location or place. ( THIS IS WHAT THE PAPER IS ABOUT)

· A new job or change in employment.

· Gaining or losing loved ones.

· Relationships (friends, partners, pets).

· Academics and course of study.

· Your daily routine.

Identify two different changes you have worked through and use the following table to think through how you reacted to, framed, and managed these changes. It may be helpful to think of the change as a problem and how you managed the change as the solution. Use the Summary section in the table to help you understand how you deal with change generally.

Aspects of Change

Reacting to Change

Framing Change

Managing Change

Example 1

How did you react to this change? What feelings did you experience?   What thoughts did you have?

What steps did you take to understand this change?

How did you describe this change to others?

How did you manage this change?

Did your feelings or thoughts about this change evolve? Did you   learn anything from the change?

Example 2

How did you react to this change? What feelings did you experience?   What thoughts did you have?

What steps did you take to understand this change?

How did you describe this change to others?

How did you manage this change?

Did your feelings or thoughts about this change evolve? Did you   learn anything from the change?

Summary

How do you react to change generally? What feelings and emotions do   you experience; what thoughts do you have?

What cultural or personal experiences or bias might affect how you   react to change?

What steps do you take to understand the change?

How do you look at and describe change? (For example, do you look at   the change from different perspectives, thinking about all the factors   contributing to the change? Do you tend to deal with the change as a whole,   or do you also identify subchanges as a result of the change?)

How do you manage change generally? (For example, how do you think   about the boundaries you have to work within to effectively manage change? Do   you consider creative ways to approach the change? Do you look for advice   from others or discuss your thoughts with different sources to generate   appropriate solutions?)

Now that you’ve identified how you deal with change in the present and past, review your notes. Ask yourself the following:

· What parts of dealing with change do you think you do well? Which parts agree with your overall vision of what an effective philosophy of change looks like? What advice would you give others on reacting to, framing, and managing change based on your experiences?

· Alternatively, how would you modify other parts to better fit what you consider an effective philosophy of change?
