between a tourism business, its potential audience and what opportunities might be created tc

layer on robust experiences for customers.

Choose an experiential tourism business. Be concise of what the business is and what

experiences) it provides. You will be using this tourism business example to complete this

assignment.

Consider how this Tourism business can reach ‘the sweet spot’ by incorporating the 4 realms of

experiences (entertainment, educational, escapist, and esthetics) into its business plan, thus

offering more robust experiences

4. Provide your recommendations of what your tourism business can do the 4 realms of
